Out of the Frying Pan…

Into the fire? Is that what you were thinking? It’s actually the name of Justin Bonello‘s new book, which he will be launching across South Africa later this month. The book is already available on Yuppiechef, so we decided to give our people a bit of a sneaky preview:

Mzanzi’s self-confessed bush cook and culinary cowboy takes a giant gastronomic leap in this 250 pager and engages with the likes of salsa verde, a good mirepoix and the most complicated scallop dish on the planet (heita).
