Homemade veggie crisps

Have you tasted veggie crisps? they are rather delicious, very nutritious and even better when you make them yourself. Here’s how to do it.

Ingredients (for one medium size bowl of crisps
1 butternut, thinly sliced
1 beetroot, thinly sliced
1 carrot, shaved into ribbons
1 sweet potato, thinly sliced
2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
Maldon sea salt

Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
2. Toss vegetables with olive oil and spread out in a single layer onto a baking tray.
3. Season with Maldon sea salt and bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
