A flock of beautiful KitchenAid drawings

Did you take part in the 21st day of our Yuppiechef Christmas? To win a KitchenAid, we asked for ballpoint pen tribute drawings. And boy, did they stream in. There was a theme song while this winner was chosen. It was a rewarding but frightfully difficult process going through the 200+ entries. As always we considered every single one and gave the decision careful thought (and a staff vote).

Our winner? Suné Horn for her charming, miniature tribute to the mixer and creative inclusion of the Yuppiechef logo as a speckled background shape and a melting Y in the batter bowl.

A huge thank you to everyone who spent time, energy and love to create a tribute. We will do a follow up post with an album of all of your entries but wanted to make the announcement now to end the suspense. We are going to send them on to KitchenAid SA so they can see how much love exists for the beautiful mixer! Although we know full well they are popular, we were blown away.

We hope there are not too many disappointed people who feel like this now. Okay bye.
