Mini smoothie Zoku pops

Here’s another great kid-friendly idea that doubles up nicely for dinner parties when you can really experiment with flavours – the Zoku Mini Slow Pop Freezer Mould. We made fruit smoothies in this nifty mould for a healthy option but you can also fill with fresh juice, Steri Stumpie or more wild and wacky concoctions. The world is your Zoku oyster.

Method:

1. Prepare all your ingredients.
2. Toss your chosen combos of fruit, honey and yoghurt into a blender.
3. Once smooth and creamy pour the mixture into your Zoku Mini Slow Pop Freezer Mould or any of the other Zoku moulds.
4. Leave to freeze overnight or for a few hours.
5. When you’re ready to gobble them up simply pop them out of the tray. Your mini yoghurt and fruit pops should release easily from their silicone casings.

Serve on a bed of ice to keep chilled for longer. These go down a treat as little party pops. And you get to try all the flavours because they are so very mini. Like a cupcake but cuter and kitted out for summer.
