Non-stick coating peels off

Bought this based on all the good reviews only to find the non-stick coating came off after 2nd use. Returned the oven tray in exchange for another hoping I was just unlucky. The 2nd oven tray peeled just as badly. Would not recommend.

Confused, really wanted to like this tray

After just a few months my tray had sadly lost it’s non-stick capabilities.
At first I thought that the tray was amazing, pretty strong and sturdy.
I was aware of the warping under high temperatures so I expected my tray to warp, and it did. However, I did not expect it to lose its non-stick properties in such a short period of time, especially when the product information says 5 year non-stick guarantee.

Non-stick surface peeling off within a month

Despite all the other great reviews, we bought 2 of these trays and were disappointed by both. Non-stick coating peeled off in little blisters within the first few uses. This, in both trays! We cleaned them in a dishwasher, but only because they are advertised as ‘dishwasher safe’ here in the product specs.
Not sure if that’s where the problem lies!?

Very disappointed in this product — after minimal use, the coating is peeling off. This is a premium product, and one doesn't expect this from an expensive product.

It's such a cool product especially when you have to cater for one person ...in my case I have a vegan child and it makes for easy preparation for one.

After baking my first batch of cookies on this tray, I’m converted to using non-stick baking trays from now on out. Easy to get the cookies off the tray, no need for baking paper. The trays have a sturdy weight to them, there was no warping or buckling like some of the other trays I’ve used in the past. 10/10 would recommend these.

Sturdy, with a solid weight so no weird buckling, this baking tray is a pleasure to use! Very easy to clean — even hard baked on stuff just needs a little soak and it comes off easily — so really non-stick!

Thicker and heavier than I thought they would be, but that means they do not buckle and bend once heated. Non-stick is very good - easy to cook and easy to clean.
After only a few uses, the underside has scratches from moving the tray on the oven rack, but I guess you can't have everything. The best shallow oven trays I have found, are worth the price, bought a few different sizes. Read more

It can take the heat!

I used my tray for the first time last night. I actually used it to grill some sausage. I lost track of time and the oven got very hot. I was concerned that the tray would have buckled but it didn't!
I wouldn't use it for grilling sausage with vegetables again though since the sides are not high enough and I risked spilling the juices.
For anything else it would be perfect.

I thought I'd upgrade my cheapo supermarket baking trays with something a little sturdier as I was fed up with them warping at high temperatures. This Master Class tray certainly looks and feels superior to my cheaper trays but, to my dismay, it still warps in a hot oven. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because (as a previous reviewer noted) it does conduct heat brilliantly and I can now get brown, crispy bottoms on all my homemade loaves which I never achieved with my old trays. This has seemingly been an excellent buy. It is solid and has weight to it. I will need to own it for a while to see how it fares at the coast, as until now, all of my baking trays have rusted before long. I am hoping that this one won't.

Size Matters

Only reason I've given this 2 stars is that I got the small 16.5x10x2 without giving much thought into how big that really is - well it's not *lol*.
Not quite sure what I'm going to use this for but I'll let you know if I do. Next time I'll definitely get the bigger size.

It really is NON STICK. I have purchased a few trays that have had the non stick sticker on and after 3/4 uses, I have had to chuck them.

I love this non-stick baking tray. I use it for almost everything. Absolutely nothing sticks to it... Easy to wash

This is the first baking tray I've ever bought that is seriously non-stick and can actually tolerate high heats. I had it in a 225 degree oven and it didn't warp or buckle, and even cooking things that notoriously stick like fish with the skin side down is no problem. I'm highly impressed and will be buying another one in the future.

Works very well. The pan is sturdy and because of the nice thick base it does not buckle in the oven (and stays warm for longer). It washes well in the dishwasher. I love this product and brand.

Not sure these are any better than other makes, just standard kitchen equipment that never seems to last mostly through our own fault... Things get left to dry overnight and our maid is forced to scrape them and generally ruins the non-stick in the process... I've promised myself I'll treat this one better but guess I may continue to replace them regularly...

My baking buddy and I bought these baking trays made with steel as specially required for macaron making, as they do not buckle in the oven. I made a good search of several sites for this type of baking tray--this one had the right dims and at the best price. I already had the French macaron baking mats or would have purchased those from YC as well. We baked 2 batches of macarons today and they turned out beautifully with these baking trays.
