I was looking for sheets for bread baking and bought 2 of these which buckled along the ridged edge at 240c. My fault for not doing proper research. I still use them for bread baking but would buy more carefully next time.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Although the sheet works really well it is a little bit smaller than I expected. It would be nice if a similar product could be made in glass for non-baking related cooking :-)

Quite pricey for a small baking sheet, but feels like it is going to be a durable product, is easy to handle in and out of the oven. An easy baking sheet for toasted cheese and tomato or a few scones, multipurpose sheet for small quantities of food items. Is excellent for my small oven so am very satisfied with this purchase. Cleans easily too.

I use the baking sheet to bake ready-made meals and it works well for this purpose. The surface is easy-to-clean. I washed it in the dishwasher and water gets in between the two layers through the 4 holes at the back. Have to ensure that this drains properly before packing it away.

I bought this baking tray thinking it was an ordinary flat baking sheet where you bake biscuits and cookies. When it arrived I noticed it was more elaborate than just a flat baking sheet i.e. it has an additional panel attached to the back of the sheet where I presume the heat is conducted in a more controlled way.
