Very solid, quality product. Don't be alarmed by the size of the Madeleine holes. Once baked, you will see they are the perfect size.

I love my Madeleine Pan. I have searched for one of these for quite a while as they are not readily available. Could not wait to bake my first batch which came out beautifully and were enjoyed by all.

I just love my Madeleine pan that brought a bit of Paris into my kitchen. I am especially impressed with the quality. It is a heavy and sturdy pan and delivers beautiful and delicate Madeleines.

The pan is great quality - thick and the non-stick surface works well. Followed the Yuppiechef recipe and the madeleines turned out perfect

Sturdy well designed pan. Ensured good colour on the madeleines - much better than some other silicon pans I have had in the past.
These get eaten faster than you can make them....so I would get 2 pans!

Bakes beautifully. You must still butter and flour the pan not because it sticks, but to get the crisp edge on the Madeleines.

Have always felt a bit intimidated by the thought of baking Madeleines, but this pan delivered excellent results.

No sticking to the pan which I just brushed with melted butter (no need for an additional dusting of flour). Delivers beautiful little Madeleines and the molds are just the perfect size!

Highly recommend.

A lovely sturdy pan which delivers perfect Madeleines time and again.

I was so impressed with my first MasterClass Madeleine pan, (I used it 15 times) I just had to order another. As most recipes yield 24 or more Madeleines I would highly recommend getting two pans from the start.

If you stick to just buying one, it's a breeze to wipe clean between bakes.

Fantastic pan... literally used it within half an hour of opening the box. I have used it several times since and can definitely recommend this product. The pan is great quality. Most recipes make enough dough mixture for 24 madeleines so I would recommend buying two as it is much easier to make one batch. This pan works much better than the silicone varieties, it is completely non stick.. Just love it. Read more
