Great muffin pan
I'm a veteran of numerous so-called non-stick muffin pans. I became used to having to dig out muffins. Cleaning was difficult. This one is genuinely non-stick. I was pleasantly surprised to see the muffins rise beautifully. A gentle turn of the pan and my muffins slid out onto the rack. A good size and great quality. Have used it several times since my recent purchase.
