For starters the pan is solidly built and as for the non stick surface the muffins just drop of the pan with no residue. Just pop it into the dishwasher when you are done, overall it’s an excellent product, made in the UK.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

My second time of using, my muffin pan is definitely not non stick. The muffins came out but left a residue.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.
