The Wasabi Black range has polished stainless steel blades with elegant black handles. Deba knives are used to cut fish, poultry and other meat. They are similar to a heavy western chef's knife but are lighter, generally have a more round handle and a more precise cut.

Care Instructions

  • Keep the knives in a blade protector, either in a knife block, on a wall magnetic board
