Obsessed with this knife.
I bought this to travel with as Airbnb often doesn't have the best knives. I have since bought them as gifts for several people. Such a good idea to make this knife foldable!

A chef's best friend!
As a professional chef with four years of experience (including two years of culinary school), I've found a serrated utility knife to be an essential "11th finger."
