Practical
This product works best for "flat" food items like burger patties and schnitzel. I even made chicken pieces, but had to place the smaller bits (like wings) at the bottom. The other pieces were too high, and touched the top layer, which influenced the air circulation. It worked beautifully though, I just had to put a few thicker pieces back for another few minutes. Very useful product
The double rack is very useful as it increases cooking space. Cooked chops on the grill pan underneath and veg on the top. All came out deliciously. Only issue is that I battled to get all the chops on the bottom with the convex grill pan, as the curve in the pan didn't allow space for the middle area to be used.
