Product Info

A unique and delicate blend, the Field Atlas combines Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir, and a touch of Viognier from carefully tended estate vineyards. The hand-sorted fruit undergoes a light crush and cold-soaking process to gently extract vibrant flavours and rich colour. Aged for 18 months in large-format concrete tanks and 225L French oak barrels, this blend develops a smooth and balanced character. Expect notes of black cherries, liquorice, and a hint of black pepper.

The Field Atlas is an interesting and unique blend of different parcels. Instead of blending the wine, the different grapes are fermented together. Savoury character, dark fruit, and a bit of spice — delicious!

I would recommend this product to a friend.
