A true expression of the region’s granite-rich soils and Mediterranean climate, the Estate Reserve is a carefully crafted wine made from hand-sorted grapes. Fermentation begins in tanks before the wine is transferred to 225L French oak barrels, where it develops its signature complexity. The label features four keys, symbolising the unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. This elegant blend offers a vibrant bouquet of fresh black currant and plum, with subtle mint and well-integrated oak rounding out the flavour profile.
