- Wash the cookware in warm, soapy water
- Rinse and dry thoroughly
Heat Recommendations
- Don’t use non-stick ceramic cookware in microwave ovens or on outdoor grills, open fires, or pizza ovens
- Always cook with low to medium heat — allow the pan to heat and cool gradually
- Don’t use the highest heat setting for preheating or cooking, as it can damage the non-stick surface
- On induction stovetops, only use the boost function briefly for heating large quantities of liquid
- Always use a burner size that matches the base of the pan — for gas stoves, ensure the flames stay under the pan
- Don’t slide the pan on glass stovetops — lift it to avoid scratches
- Always use handles, lids, or knobs to move the cookware, and be cautious as they can become hot — use oven mitts or a dry cloth
- Don’t leave hot cookware on unprotected surfaces; always use a heat-resistant pad
- Maximum oven temperatures: 280°C without the glass lid, and 220°C with the lid — keep at least 5cm of distance between the pan and the broiler
Oils & Fats
- Add a small amount of oil or fat to the cooking surface before heating — don’t allow the oil to smoke
- For fat-free cooking, preheat the pan on medium heat for 2 minutes before adding food
- Don’t leave the pan unattended or allow it to overheat
- Avoid cooking foods with low smoke points at high temperatures, as they may stain the non-stick surface
Food Storage and Marinating
- Don't store raw, marinating, or cooked foods in the cookware, as it may damage the non-stick coating
Cooking Utensils
- Use silicone, wooden, or heat-resistant utensils
- Metal utensils can be used carefully, but don’t scrape the non-stick surface
- Don't knock metal utensils against the rim, or use sharp tools like knives or beaters on the surface
Cleaning and Care
- Allow the cookware to cool to room temperature before cleaning
- Don’t pour cold water into a hot pan to prevent warping
- Clean with warm, soapy water and a soft, non-abrasive sponge
- For tough residue, soak the pan in warm soapy water before cleaning
- Don’t use metal scouring pads or harsh abrasives
- Condition the non-stick surface occasionally by applying a thin layer of oil — rinse and dry before the next use
- Don't condition the black exterior
