I cannot do without my Bamix stick blender, and losing my most used blade was a disaster for me! As always I'd thoroughly recommend a Bamix purchase - they're not cheap, but you won't regret it.

This blade was promoted as being able to mince meat which was my reason for buying it.

However, I found that it did not mince steak any better than the original blade that came with the blender so a waste of money.

I have had my Bamix for many years and am very happy with it otherwise.

The mincer blade did not come with instructions so maybe there is a better way to do it. Read more
