A two handed barrel of fun for blasting through food with a swivel of the hands.
Each Wusthof knife is drop forged from a single piece of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel for maximum strength, balance and heft. This specialised high-carbon, stain resistant alloy ensures that the cutting edge of the knife is razor sharp and also easy to resharpen. A computer controlled grinding and polishing of the blade also ensures there is perfect tapering from bolster to tip.
The full tang knife is beautifully sandwiched by a synthetic, ergonomic handle that's been triple riveted for durability yet still retains its stylish looks and smoothness. The perfectly weighted full bolster gives the knife its heft and protects your fingers too.
Cleaning:
If you value your tools we recommend that, after each use, you wash your knives with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully and dry with a towel. Corrosive food particles will not affect your blade if washed off directly after use.

Care instructions
Dishwasher Instructions
Although some Wüsthof products are dishwasher safe, we do not recommend that your knives and scissors be put in the dishwasher. Blades can knock together, damaging them, and if not washed soon after use, corrosive food particles can damage the blade. Rather wash your knives as soon as possible after each use with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully and dry with a towel.
Warranty
Wüsthof knives have a 10-year warranty and will be repaired or replaced after thorough inspection if there are any defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty assumes proper care, maintenance and intended use of the knives.

Good quality
It is a good quality knife, but if you own a good chef's knife then this knife is a waste of money. Bought mine about seven years ago and never use it as I prefer my Chef's knife that gets the job done a lot faster.

This product makes mincing a pleasure.
I am most impressed with this product, which was a part of my first order with Yuppiechef. I have been using this knife regularly since April 2012, and have yet to be disappointed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a mincing knife. Thanks to yuppie for the excellent service.

Wusthof Mincing Knife
I love how easy it is to use and how finely I can chop all my herbs, which used to be a dreaded chore before, is now not a hassle at all. I'm even happy for my 9 year old to use it as there is no contact with the blade and no danger of fingers getting cut
