Product Info
This will be your knife's best friend! Even the finest blades can lose their sparkle over time. But fear not! Regular honing is here to save the day. With just a few smooth strokes on both sides of your trusty blade against the honing steel, you're back in business, slicing and dicing like a culinary wizard.
- Sharpening Steel, 23cm
- It doesn't sharpen the blade but instead helps to maintain the sharpness of the blade by removing any microscopic burrs or nicks that may have formed during use
- Use it weekly or even daily depending on your knife usage
- Your honing steel should be longer than your largest knife
- Magnetic steel attracts loose metal fibres while sharpening
- Handle loop for hanging storage
