Waterford Rose-Mary Blanc de Noir, 750ml — Variant: 2022

Waterford Estate is a winery situated in the Blaauwklippen Valley in Stellenbosch. Sourced from select Waterford vineyards, this is a sophisticated incarnation of a Blanc de Noir, a French term meaning “white wine produced from red grapes.” The red varietals used to produce the Rose-Mary are picked early and whole bunch pressed, to preserve the elegance, delicacy and finesse of the wine.
