This bowl is a great size. The lip makes it much easier to add ingredients into a stand mixer or to pour batter into cake pans, so needless to say, they get used far more often than any others bowls I own.

I use my mixing bowl for all my baking. I love that it has a lip that can be used for pouring the mixture out. Can’t go wrong with a good quality Pyrex bowl! My biggest regret is that I didn’t buy the bigger bowl! 😁

This mixing bowl is beautiful. Love the design. It’s different from your conventional round mixing bowls. The bottom is round so it’s still convenient to use in the kitchen. But the top is different so it makes yours stand out from the others.
