Good quality vanilla essence is an essential baking and dessert ingredient. NoMU's alcohol free range is rich and fragrant - for a sweet vanilla flavour, add 5ml of NoMU Vanilla Essence to a litre of cream, cake batter, butter icing, custard or cookie dough. Add to coffee, tea, warm milk or hot chocolate for a hint of vanilla in your drink.

Definitely worth the buy. The aroma whilst baking is just something else. I really love it. I only use this brand compared to store bought vanilla essence.

This is a very good essence. Stronger than others we have bought, and good value for money. We use it to minimize our use of the more expensive extract when possible. And gives really good results.

There are many Vanilla Essences on the market, but this one is special for me. It tastes great in my icings, and undercuts the sweetness. I love the effect.
