The panettone springform baking tin is best used here because the diameter and height are ideal for your very own version of the popular Christmas cake. The round springform tin (18 cm) is an extra 10 cm high to create the typical panettone look. Thanks to the good Teflon Classic non-stick coating, the delicious cake can be easily removed from the mould. Thanks to the high rim, the form is also ideal for stylish high-layered cakes. Of course, you can also use this baking tin to create other recipes and bake your favourite cakes in a small format or, in combination with larger springform tins, create multi-tiered cakes for weddings or birthdays.
