Nespresso coffee capsules contain freshly roasted and ground Grand Cru coffee, sealed into airtight capsules. This ensures no ageing occurs, so it’s as perfect and fresh as the day it was roasted. Included in each Nespresso machine’s box is a selection of 7 capsules.
NOTE: Nespresso machines are only compatible with Nespresso coffee capsules. There are 24 standard varieties available, as well as other varieties and flavoured coffees available seasonally. These capsules must be purchased from Nespresso boutique stores or on their online store. Any promotional capsule vouchers included with purchase are redeemable at Nespresso stores only.

No downside to downsizing
I have been sceptical about Nespresso... the cost of the pods, the recycling of used pods, the frothing... After reading the reviews and experiencing other machines I opted for the newly released Essenza Mini. It is Nespresso's smallest machine yet, but I can find disadvantages to that. Disappointed
This cute little machine would be so great IF it would yield more coffee than water. You have to use two to three capsules to get a decent amount of coffee. The foil cap is not pierced properly all the way around so only yields little of the coffee and then spews water. That's with the short option. Great little machine
It's very small, so it takes up very little space. The milk frother works amazingly well and is dead quiet. The coffee is good, so the rate those pods are disappearing foretells a much steeper budget for my coffee addiction. Good thing Nespresso accepts empty pods for recycling at their stores, otherwise my conscience would be bugging me with every cup.

Stunning little machine! Enjoying its design and the way it fits on to the kitchen surface. Aeroccino super addition too. Lovely having the different coffees to taste so I can order moving forward. This was a great deal!

Amazing, but.
Amazing machine, but sadly only received 7 pods instead of the 14 as stated on the site & the box. Also waited 13 days for delivery, when the site said they were in stock. However, Yuppiechef customer support is very responsive and easy to work with. Buy this machine - just check how many pods you get :)
