About Ma Mere
Ma Mere Confections has grown from a single market trestle table and a staff contingent of one into a fully-fledged factory operation employing 12 happy, hard-working confectioners and confectioners-in-training. Products are made traditionally, in a slow and precise manner, handcrafted using only the best ingredients. The processes Ma Mere uses in making sweets are not dissimilar to those their mothers used, adding an element of nostalgia that sweetens the old heartstrings.

Delish!
Such divine nougat. You don't pick up the olive oil flavour at all and there is a perfect amount of vanilla and almond to balance the flavour. Could do with a bit more almonds and white chocolate though.

MaMere Nougat
This nougat is smooth and flavourful. Soft not those hard nougat you find. White chocolate, vanilla, olive oil & roasted almond honey nougat. Best to buy a few as sharing will not work. This is delicious.
