Ma Mere Confections has grown from a single market trestle table and a staff contingent of one into a fully-fledged factory operation employing 12 happy, hard-working confectioners and confectioners-in-training. Products are made traditionally, in a slow and precise manner, handcrafted using only the best ingredients. Wonderful!
Very tasty nougat. I ordered three flavours and all three of them are very tasty. You can taste all the ingredients and the good thing is that the sugar is just right. I will definitely buy them again and give them as presents as well.

Delicious!
I brought some MaMere nougat to a dinner party as an after dinner treat - everyone loved it, it was finished in seconds! Not only is the packaging beautiful, but the different flavours are unique and delicious. Makes a great gift.

Yummy!
I don't think I'm ever going to buy another brand of nougat. The texture is soft without being sticky and you can really taste the honey.
I know I purchased the salted macadamia, but the salt was surprisingly salty. A ridiculous complaint, I know, but be aware before purchasing. I look forward to working my way through all the variants!
