A flexible, non-stick pastry mat with dimension marking to help roll out pastry to the correct size.
- It can be used either way up as both sides are flat but the one side has measuring guides along the edges in both inches and centimetres, plus concentric rings from the centre to measure pie lids, pizza bases and such
- It's ideal for rolling pastry, sugar icing, marzipan and so much more
- Simply dust the mat with a little flour or icing sugar beforehand - you will find that you use much less than usual
- For sugarcraft and chocolate work, lay the mat on a solid surface and simply spread the icing or chocolate onto the mat, leaving it to harden or set, then simply peel off the shapes
- To clean simply wipe over with a damp cloth or wash in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly
- There is no transfer of taste or smell from one recipe to another and it conforms to all health and safety standards
- Freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe

Works fine with fondant icing too
So I don't have a proper surface to work on with icing and tried this item out for rolling my marshmallow fondant out. Worked like a charm. And the markings also helps me with rolling it out to the correct size required. It's also flat and easy to store standing up in a corner of my cupboard.

Some of the ink came off
Some of the ink for the demarcation lines came off the first time I put it on the counter. Disappointing.

Nice to have around
This mat is great for chocolate and handy for rolling dough out to the correct size. For certain types of pastry the non-stick doesn't work too well and you have to use alot of flour. It is great for pizza dough though! What I particularly like about it is the fact that it keeps your counter clean, it packs away nicely and the size guides are extremely useful.

A must for fondant work
I love it - the fondant does not stick to it and that means you use lesser icing sugar when rolling. Can't do without it :)

Kitchen craft non-stick pastry mat
I've used this pastry mat rolling out pastry as well as with my cookie dough. It is convenient and easy to clean and the markings really makes it easy to cut the pastry straight. I find it very large and difficult to fit into a cupboard, even when rolled up.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
