We use it for a moka pot. So played with the settings till we got the right grind setting and works perfectly. Easy to operate and clean.

I use it for my plunger coffee and DeLonghi Icona Classic Pump 1100W Espresso Machine. The different grinding settings make it possible.

Loving the Delonghi Burr grinder. I've used it for Mokka and for plunger and I have got a good grind for both. It's well packaged and looks good on my counter top. The grind is fairly consistent, although I find the quantity/dose can be a bit varied on occasion. Good value for money.

The burr grinder has made a huge difference to the quality of the coffee I make in my DeLonghi Dedica, compared to the previous blade grinder I had been using, and at a cost much lower than alternative brand burr grinders. Very happy.

It does not have a grind setting for one cup, only two cups or more.

We had a Bialetti hand grinder but was never able to get the setting correct for the Moka pot. I was sceptical about getting an electronic grinder, but this product has surpassed my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone who loves to grind their own beans. It also removes the schlep associated with manual grinding.

I removed the coffee grinder from the box full of hope and happiness to find it doesn't work!!! I think it is the on/off switch that is the problem. What is annoying is I live in Hillcrest and I now have to go all the way back to Umhlanga to exchange it.

Neither Delonghi nor Yuppiechef can make a plan for me to exchange it in Hillcrest or somewhere nearby where they stock Delonghi products. What a waste of time and energy, not sure I want another one.

Update: I was super impressed by Yuppiechef who responded timeously to my complaint. They arranged for the item to be collected from my home and the money to be refunded within a week.

Even on the finest grind, the coffee is coarse and inconsistent.

The grind is too rough for espresso, mocha pot or aero press. Regret buying this as it can’t actually be used as a grinder.
