Cecilia's Farm search the world for the best quality ingredients and then bring them back to the farm where they craft each product by hand to ensure that it is the best quality possible.

The result, is a range of dried fruit and nut products that encompasses the old traditional favourites as well as a host of wonderful new tastes, textures and combinations.

  • The two cultivars of mango that are best suited for drying are Keitt and Kent
  • The laborious task of peeling off the skin, removing the flesh from the pip and cutting it into long strips is all done by hand before drying
  • We think it’s all worth the effort as the final result is fabulously tasty and one of the things Cecilia's Farm is famous for

Not too dry that you look like a ravenous pit bull when trying to pull it apart, not too wet that it leaves stringy bits in your teeth. So yum.
