Practical and gorgeous

Very functional, I really like the little extra features like the cup/glass rests on the side and the fact that the whole dish rack is two-tiered. It looks pretty next to my sink, saves space and is very practical.
Suggestion - the assembling directions are not clear and it took me quite a while to figure out which side slots in with which. Also, if you are looking for a dish rack that holds a high volume of large dishes, pots and pans, this one is not for you. After reading the reviews I had high expectations and wasn't disappointed.
This dishrack is sturdy and does exactly what is expected of it.
I love that it stands in it's own little tray which is easily washed and means my countertop stays clean and dry.
It is very compact so it would be useful for anyone especially where space is limited.
And if that isn't enough it looks great too!

Overall the Dish Rack is in looks an improvement on the plastic dish rack I was using, but only in looks.

The side portion where the glasses hang, has already lead to broken glasses as it is impossible to place anything stable on there.

The whole rack is unstable with items moving ever so often. I find I can fit less items on it and the overhanging side pieces on both sides drips water onto my counter as it hangs over the rubber. Overall if I could have a re-do, I will not buy this. Read more

I have been impressed with this product. Relatively inexpensive, well-made and increases the capacity of your drying rack to take an additional row of plates/glasses or larger cutlery. Surprisingly sturdy and quite hygienic. I would recommend.

It rusts, not great.

The configuration is great and it is one of the few dish racks that fit the smallish draining space to the side of my sink.

The drinking glass hangers only work on tall glasses, but they’re great for water bottles.

My biggest issue is that the whole thing has rusted and has left rust stains on the draining board.

I wish it came in stainless steel. Read more

A chrome product that began rusting within 6 months and has progressively become worst.

Cheap quality / inferior chrome plating. It only has a 6-month guarantee, which should be a warning sign of its cheap quality and inferior chrome plating.

Definitely do not buy this product.

The product is good, sturdy and chrome plating seems strong. But i do have a complaint — the marketing on the dimensions are a lie. It's footprint (and therefore capacity size) is significantly smaller than advertised. What they did was include the protruding cup hanging hooks to reach 48cm length, and to reach 33cm for width was a combination of protruding wire on the upper rack — but you can't hang anything of around 5cm on it.

I recommend it, but be wary of the size. I still made the product work for me, but was irritated by the marketing lies. It's a drying rack, and one of the features one usually looks for is capacity. Read more
