• The olives are grown on Babylonstoren Farm and harvested between March and June
• Babylonstoren Farm has more than 60 hectares of olive groves
• The deep sandstone soil and the Mediterranean climate provide ideal conditions for cultivating olives
• Kalamata is a famous Greek cultivar with deep purple flesh and a fruity flavour with slight bitterness. Kalamata olives are harvested only when they turn black and fully ripe

• Ingredients: Kalamata olives (60%), vegetable oil (olive, sunflower seed), bay leaf (0,3%), rosemary (0,3%), brine (water, salt, ascorbic acid, citric acid)

• Store in a cool, dark place
• Once opened it's recommended to decant the olives in an airtight container (olives and the brine solution) and store in the fridge
