Grown on the Babylonstoren Farm, at the foot of the Simonsberg Mountain, these natural Kalamata Olives are delicious on their own and can also be enjoyed in salads or with freshly baked bread and mezzo platters. Presented in an easy to open tin, they can be enjoyed anywhere and without fuss.

• The olives are grown on Babylonstoren Farm and harvested between March and June
• Babylonstoren Farm has more than 60 hectares of olive groves
• The deep sandstone soil and the Mediterranean climate provide ideal conditions for cultivating olives
• Kalamata is a famous Greek cultivar with deep purple flesh and a fruity flavour with a slight bitterness
• Kalamata olives are harvested only when they turn black and fully ripe
• With this easy to open tin, you can enjoy the olives anywhere and without fuss

• Ingredients: Kalamata olives 60%, vegetable oil (olive, sunflower), brine (water, salt, ascorbic acid, citric acid)

• Store in a cool, dark place
• Once opened it's recommended to decant the olives in an airtight container (olives and the brine solution) and store in the fridge
• These olives contain pits — take care when eating
