- Clean the ground coffee container with water and dry it thoroughly

Smaller than I thought
Being my first purchase from Yuppiechef, I was a bit suspicious and reluctant and all the negative feelings one can have about something new. This product was smaller than I thought, plastic on the outside and small glass on the inside. It may be a bit more easy to break than my traditional German manual grinders. Not good quality for the price
I feel the knob on the handle is poorly constructed. After only a few uses it is busy pulling out of the retaining rivet. I cannot see it lasting much longer. Disappointing for this brand.

Grind size is a mystery
Pros: The grinder is sturdy and is manufactured from high quality materials. It's easy to measure the quantity of beans for your desired number of cups.
Cons: With any grinder it's important to be able to set the grind size precisely. This grinder has a small knob at the bottom with no markings to indicate which setting it is on. The instruction manual wasn't much help. I ended up com Read more

Not what I expected
The product feels cheap and plastic.
I bought the Red one, and it's a light, pinkish red, not the dark, rich red as in the picture on the box.
I actually sent it back and will be getting a different grinder.
