Great Pan!
This is a great time and stress saver. If you bake a cheesecake you can now simply serve it on the glass bottom without the stress of breaking your cake. This is great for everyone who enjoys baking and serving their hard work.

Loving the new look
After years of owning by springform tins (35 years), what a treat to have a beautiful aesthetic different look. It holds the ingredients so firmly in place, no leaks etc. When you cut the cake the look of the clear glass just makes it that much more lovely.
