Our favourite spatula!

Buy a dozen, now!
This spatula has just the perfect give: not too tight, not too sloppy making it incredibly useful. Not much you can say about a spatula but I have a host of them in my draws that are too stiff and just plain useless. When I found these, I literally rejoiced. Us cooks are weird.
