Fantastic Cooking Course!

What an amazing cooking course this has been. I have learned so much from Chef Pete, I love his style of teaching and, despite having been able to do this in my own time at home during my leisure hours and at my own pace, I could quite happily spend my time in a cookery school under his tuition. I look forward to completing the second course under his guidance. A superb experience :)
