What surprised me most about this cutlery was the sense of solidity and substance. They feel slightly bigger and heavier in your hand. If I'm making a quick sandwich, I almost feel guilty reaching for one of these knives - as if they should be reserved for special occasions! Ask yourself one question. Does your cutlery drawer make you happy? Sounds ridiculous right? Sometimes I just open the drawer to look at them. The crack-cocaine of cutlery, try it once and you’ll be addicted. All the cool kids are doing it. Don’t be left out with Grandma’s old set. Buy it now!! Do it!

This range is fabulous. They are glamorous to look at and yet not too heavy. My husband is very fussy about his cutlery and loves these. My kids also find them easy to use - our old range was very heavy. Normally cutlery that looks this good cost the earth!

I love my set (it was fabulous to toss out the old mismatched stuff and see such an organised cutlery drawer) though it is larger than average. My only beef is that some of it tends to come out of the dishwasher with marks on it, particularly the knives. This doesn't happen with other stainless steel items so I'm not at all sure it's the dishwasher or the products we use in it. We'll have to up the rinse aid and see if that helps. Read more

I love my cutlery. A simple design, yet classy and affordable! Great for everyday use. I would really love to see dessert forks and butter knives, in the same design, added to the set or available to buy separately.

Was a little concerned ordering these without actually seeing them — cutlery can be deceptive... Turns out they are perfect. Going to order another set as a set of 8 is great for family but nice to have extras for braai days to avoid mismatched sets.

The whole set is great. The steak knives were quite disappointing - they are mostly just as good as the butter knives and struggle to cut through a steak.

I expected them to be a bit sharper. Seems I'll have to do some manual sharpening and corrugation on these.

I gave the stars because unlike most sets, there are 6 items, and 8 of each — very handy! Also extremely comfortable to hold and support have been great. However, the knives develop iron blemishes which will not come off — presumably a bleeding of rust from the steel taking away the original beauty of the set. A replacement set seems to be surviving washing by hand, not machine, which I believe exaggerates the rusting. Read more
