I wanted something that could last, no wooden/plastic bits that could get loosened with time. The price was nice too. Cuts Ostrich steaks like it was warm butter.

These knives were a letdown. I ordered these as steak knives and unfortunately, they have trouble even cutting a banana. I personally think it is because they are only serrated on one side of the blade. I only opened one of the boxes and wanted to know if I could return both sets.
