Absolutely love this smart fan! If you follow the instructions, setup is a pleasure. It’s nice and quiet which is a bonus making it perfect for use in the bedroom. The fan is well made and attractive.

Great first impression, but then...
I was unsure whether to give this 2 or 3 stars.
I am using this fan in my home office, and as I spend most of my time on video calls, it has to be near noiseless. This is what they advertised - very low noise levels - so I ordered it. When it arrived for pickup at the shop, I even had it assembled and tested, and it was fine.
