This three piece knife set by Wusthof is the perfect starter set for hobby cooks. Good quality, long lasting and comfortable to use, these Gourmet series knives will take your food prep to new levels.
- Each knife is laser cut from a single piece of steel for maximum strength, balance and heft
- This specialised high-carbon, stain resistant alloy ensures that the cutting edge of the knife is razor sharp and also easy to resharpen
- A computer controlled grinding and polishing of the blade also ensures there is perfect tapering from bolster to tip
- The knife is beautifully sandwiched by a synthetic, ergonomic handle that's been triple riveted for durability yet still retains its stylish looks and smoothness

Care Instructions
Dishwasher Instructions
Although some Wüsthof products are dishwasher safe, we do not recommend that your knives and scissors be put in the dishwasher. Blades can knock together, damaging them, and if not washed soon after use, corrosive food particles can damage the blade. Rather wash your knives as soon as possible after each use with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully and dry with a towel.

The perfect set!
I was so impressed using the Wusthof knives the first time. They are very comfortable in your hand and doesn't get heavy after you've been slicing vegetables for a while. I had been given a Wusthof knife previously as a gift and knew that this was the one and only knife for me. I wanted to add different sizes and purchased this set which I considered good value.
