Wusthof pride themselves in quality and this product is no exception. It is pricey, however, it will last a very long time. It won't get mouldy or chip like regular wooden chopping boards. It grips the counter very well and therefore no need to place a cloth or anything underneath it. #YCReviewClub

This is such and excellent product. Only issue I have is the fact that it still slides around so it does require a cloth or something underneath it to prevent that from happening on certain surfaces. Kicking myself for not buying the bigger one, but they are pricey, however worth every cent.

An excellent cutting board that doesn't blunt one's knives. Love the little gutter around the edge that prevents spills.
Bendable for easy disposal of any rubish.

A great addition to my Wusthof knives as it does not blunt my knives, it also does not score easily and I love the large size — can chop two onions and scoop to the side without falling off the board — great!!!

We now own a black one and a red one. These are the best thing to protect knives you've most likely invested in. These mats combined with maintenance and my knives are never blunt. Dead easy to clean too.

The smaller mat led me to buy a bigger one too! A bit pricey but worth it! No more blunt knives, better hygiene and it makes transferring your chopped food to pans, bowls etc. so much easier! Also easier to clean — very pleased with my purchase!

It might be pricey, but if you've invested in good knives, you need to invest in a cutting board that keeps them sharp. I use this with my Wusthof knives and can clearly notice the difference in the blade sharpness. Keep your blades in a good condition with this and a good sharpener.

It really does what it says. Flexible without being flimsy. The knife feels like it is cutting on a firm but forgiving surface, and absolutely no marks are left on the board after cutting even with the sharpest knives. Fits in the dishwasher perfectly.

I bought the black one a few years ago, and decided it was time to get a second one, this time going for red. These cutting mats are great it takes so much longer for a blade to dull on them, then on the wood/plastic or glass cutting boards.
