MasterClass Stainless Steel Cheese Knife

This cheese knife, together with the Masterclass Butter Knife was a gift and they were both very gratefully received. More than one cheese knife is always useful - one for hard cheeses and one for soft cheeses. The butter knife can also be used as a pate knife.

So... it looks like a knife, invoiced as a knife - but useless as an actual knife.

Must I heat it before attempting to cut cheese with it? Is it an ornamental knife?

Because cutting cheese does not. I dare anyone at Yuppiechef to cut cheese with this knife!
