If angel food cake sounds like your cup of tea, this is the pan for you.

Traditionally baked in a ring pan, so that the light sponge can 'climb' the pan walls on all sides, the angel food cake is the embodiment of lightness.

Made of heavy-guage steel to provide even heating and a perfectly browned exterior, the pan also sports a non-stick interior coating to make food release and clean up a breeze.

Made a perfect Angel Food Cake with this pan. Easy to use with the removable bottom and when I flipped the cake upside down to cool it didn't fall out so that was great. :)

Cake popped out of the greased pan with complete ease and perfectly cooked!!! Much preferred this pan to the silicone ones.
