• Artisanal winemaking:
  • Grapes hand-harvested and carefully sorted
  • Whole berries fermented for 18 days to preserve purity and structure
  • Wine matured in selected French oak barrels, allowing natural malolactic fermentation
• Vineyard terroir:
  • Located high on Helderberg Mountain with a north-south row alignment for optimal sun exposure
  • Decomposed sandstone with a granitic base, adding minerality and structure to the wine
• Aged in 28% new French oak for balanced oak influence
• Exceptional ageing potential of 10–25 years from production, ideal for collectors or long-term enjoyment
