Care instructions
After each cup:
- Purge the steam valve to ensure no build-up of milk in the steam wand
- Take a cloth and wipe the steam wand
After brewing for the day:
- Flush the group head for a few seconds to clean the screen
- Use the brush to clean gasket
- Rinse the portafilter and filter basket
Once a week using detergent:
- Remove the filter basket and replace with a blind filter
- Add ½ teaspoon detergent and place on blind filter
- Insert the portafilter in the group head and run the water through 5 or 6 times
- Remove the portafilter and rinse
- Insert the portafilter and run with clean water 5 or 6 times
