I had been waiting to use the box of fondants for a special occasion and sadly it didn't live up to my expectations.

The directions were followed to the tee and I found the chocolate mix very gooey and sweet and the albeit chocolate, it wasn't a good chocolate taste for me. I know it is preservative free but it tasted a bit synthetic to me personally. So sad to write this review but that was the honest truth. Read more

Nomu have such a great rep for the quality of their cocoa products, but fondants have a status for being hard to make and easy to ruin. This dessert is super easy to make. It comes with clear instructions and the fondant cups, and mine came out of the oven perfect and ready to eat. However, we found the dessert simply too sweet.

These took 2 mins to mix, exactly 10 mins in the oven!!! Served with vanilla ice cream. Master Chef moment as we all broke our little fondants open and all the chocolate heaven came pouring out!!! The taste is divine.
