I was very impressed with this pan when we received it - it was more solid and heavier than I expected. A million steps above our previous one. I can't see this one buckling ever. It cooked a beautiful roast lamb and was a pleasure to use.

There is nothing remotely non-stick about this product after you have used it once. The first time it cleaned like a dream - the second time I could not clean it after roasting chicken. There is a 5-year warranty on the non-stick. I wrote to YuppieChef on 09 January 2020 regarding this and included a photo. They indicated they need to talk to Masterclass.

Very disappointed with this roasting pan. The non-stick coating started coming off with the first use in spite of us using the appropriate cooking utensils and careful washing.

With continued use, it has just gotten worse to the point that we don't want to use it even for a basic roast chicken.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

It's not often that I find such deep roasting pans and they're ideal for making dishes such as oxtail; unfortunately, it started delaminating after the first use (I checked the usage and cleaning instructions and adhered to these, but a large chunk of the coating came off after the first time I used it).

Terrible product, I only use silicone utensils on this non stick pan. Roasted potatoes once in this thing and the non-stick is peeling off. Very disappointed.
