 How to use the sharpener

1. Always place on a flat surface and grip handle firmly
2. Starting from the point closest to the handle, place blade in groove marked ensuring it is straight and perpendicular to the sharpener
3. Draw the knife back towards you until the tip of the blade reaches the sharpening wheel. Do not saw the knife backwards and forwards
4. Repeat up to 10 times depending on sharpness required
5. Transfer blade to groove marked 2 and repeat
6. Wash and dry blade before cutting food
