Great while it works.
Does the job while it's working, but mine stopped pumping water a few weeks after the end of the warranty period — not a unique experience if you look at reviews elsewhere. A one-year warranty on a relatively expensive product that should last at least twice that long is quite telling really.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Seems solid and very easy to use.
Never tried a water flosser before so don't have anything to compare it to — feels well built and a good quality — hope it lasts a few years. It's easy to use and less intimidating than I expected. Has a very neat clip on magnet charger which adds to the convenience.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
