There is nothing quite like a sharp knife! I like to evaluate the sharpness of my knives by how they cut through tomato skin and this range of knives is a dream.

The serrated edge makes it a little easier for left-handed people to use and also helps younger kitchen helpers (who are old enough to weild blades) to cut with more control as they learn.

These are fantastic for small veg, tomatoes and removing skin and fat. You can sharpen them a few times and when they are too blunt or damaged you can just replace with a new one in a new colour!

I have been looking to replace my kitchen knives for a while now and every time I bought knives from the stores, my husband would instruct me to return them. But not this time - I bought the different size Victorinox Paring knives and they are brilliant. They may be small but they are sharp and an excellent addition to anyones kitchens!

I didn't know a pairing knife was missing from my life until I used this one. It cuts tomatoes so fast you won't even know it happened, so keep those fingers away! Do yourself a favor and order one now!

Knives by Victorinox are simply the BEST! They stay sharp for years - I've had an 8cm paring knife for approx. 8 years & it still cuts tomatoes better than some other brands I've bought. Definitely an invaluable tool in your kitchen or camping box!
