You and your guests deserve it!
It's simple. The design doesn't shout "look at me, I'm a knife!" — it's just there on your table/work area and it WORKS! We've had guests smiling because cutting the steak is such a non-event with these knives, you can actually just enjoy the food! We now have 12 of these in the drawer and use them for basically everything :)
